Grass Fed Goats. They are on pasture all spring, summer and fall. They are supplemented with kelp and salt. The steaks are new to us this year but we find it exciting to offer them for your summer grilling. I would give them a generous amount of salt and pepper.(any spice you prefer) and brush on some organic coconut oil. Slow cook until just tender. Over cooking it tends to dry out the meat and make it tough. Goat is the new meat for the climate change and they help to reduce our carbon foot print on earth by treading lightly on the land and eating invasive plants.
