Nubian Goats milk has the highest butter fat of all the goat breeds. High in minerals, easy to digest and low fat. You can make amazing yogurt, Keifer and cheese. Goats milk takes 20 minutes to digest as in comparison to cows milk which takes 2 hours. Enjoy this delicious milk.
