Pastured-Raised Goat Meat

A great tasting red meat that is lean and nutritious. Goat meat is lower in cholesterol and saturated fats then traditional meats like beef and lamb but you won't need to sacrifice the taste. Goat meat is a flavorful alternative to beef with a comparable amount of protein per serving but about half the fat and calories. Goat has 50% less fat than beef, 45% less fat than lamb and 15% less fat than veal.
